I've owned two of these sofas, and while my reviews are very mixed between the two options, I have to say this is the best couch I've ever owned. The first time I purchased, I opted for the same fabric of the display couch in stores. I believe it's in the "Living Large Chenille" fabric. The display...
I fell in love with this sectional in stores. Went back 2 or 3 times just to sit on it and finally order one for myself. It was on back order for 2 months but it seemed so worth the wait when it came. The special cushioning is soft and almost bouncy when you sit on it. My issue was the fabric- after...
It looked very nice in our living room and we used it for about a year until the center bean cracked. It is very low to the ground and you can tell it's not sturdy when you sit on it. I wouldn't recommend if you will frequently use it. It would serve better as a sitting room/decorative piece.
This couch has quickly become the centerpiece of my living room, and I couldn't be happier with it! It's incredibly comfy, and perfect for spreading out, whether you're lounging with a book, watching a movie, or even taking a nap. The cushions are just the right balance of soft and supportive, making it a dream to sink into. One of the best things about this couch is how deep and cozy it is. It's like it was made for relaxation! Every time friends and family come over, they immediately comment on how much they love it. Many have even asked where I got it because they like it so much. If you're looking for a couch that combines comfort, style, and the perfect lounging experience, this is the one. I can't recommend it enough!
We have had this couch for two years. It already looks 10 years old. The frame is sagging so the two sides no longer align. The back cushions are made without batting so they lose shape within the first six months and sag all of the couch. The long one piece cushions shift frequently and the back is separating from the frame. Just do not do it.

Nice Price, Extremely comfortable... BUT... Poorly made.. Sags on back and bottom pillows.. has to be broken down and fluffed after every seating. The wooden support beam broke and had to be repaired in a year. Now the foam support has detached from the structure and has cause a dip in the front with sag on the seat.. I have never had a couch with such a short life span before totally losing it's integrity. (few years and it's on life support)
Comfortable, love the modern clean lines. Saw this same style at other designer stores for double the price.
I've owned two of these sofas, and while my reviews are very mixed between the two options, I have to say this is the best couch I've ever owned. The first time I purchased, I opted for the same fabric of the display couch in stores. I believe it's in the "Living Large Chenille" fabric. The display model was stunning, grandiose, and so bouncy I had to have it. Unfortunately this fabric did not hold up well with my two medium sized dogs. It pilled and discolored easily within 2 years. In pursuit of my next sofa, I spent an entire year ordering numerous from viral custom brands that I'd just end up returning because comfort and size never compared to this Ethan Sectional. So I finally pulled the "screw it" card and reordered this one, in a hopefully more dog friendly fabric. I'm currently on my 3rd year of the Ethan Sectional in Contessa Ginger Velvet, and to this day am so satisfied that I gave this a second chance. Movie nights, morning coffee sits, food spills, playful dogs, sleepovers, naps⦠this sofa has held up through it all and still looks great. My bulldog walks along the back and sleeps on top of the back cushions often, which does cause sagging and mishaping, but adjusting and fluffing regularly keeps them held up until it's time to wash the covers. Something about removing the cover and putting it back on always makes the cushion shape look like new again. It's an extremely easy couch and fabric to maintain. My biggest recommendation is to wash the cushion covers 2-3 times a year (washing in warm water, drying on low heat) to keep the color fresh and shape of the pillows in tact. For the seat cushions, I opt to use a handheld carpet cleaner or a spray bottle and damp towel, as I learned from my first sofa that the covers are extremely hard to get back on to the extremely large foam. This method has maintained my sofa well enough that I couldn't recommend it more to those who are questioning whether or not to go for it.

Absolutely thrilled with my Ethan sofa. Its low profile, deep depth, and luxurious velvet fabric make it a stunning addition to my living space. A definite dupe for Restoration Hardware, but at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend!
This couch has stood the test of time. The foam cushions have maintained their shape and are incredibly comfortable. The fabric does get dirty fairly quickly but that's to be expected when you have a white couch and a dog.
Worst designed couches ever. We bought two of these and BOTH couches have broken twice in less than a year. There is support missing in the middle so the couch frame dips and will break. This couch has caused us so much frustration. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs

We are sorry to hear that this occurred with your Ethan 2-Piece Sectional. Many of our products come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. Please call us at 888-751-8552. -TJ
We bought this sofa, chair and a half, and ottoman almost 3 years ago. Within the first year the fabric started pilling and the cushions began sagging / losing shape completely. We paid extra for the feather / hybrid cusions-- DO NOT do this. They do not hold shape at all and the feathers are constantly falling out, even years later. One thing I will say - GET THE WARRANTY. We had a structural break in ours and thankfully had a warrenty so someone was able to come out and fix it. The entire frame underneath was not sturdy. Overall I absolutely would not recommend this with the feather / hybrid cushions. The foam cushions may be very different.
