Save your money. Couch sags and looks so worn just after regular use. Never again

My husband and I have owned this couch for over 2 years and absolutely love it! The look is modern and stylish and we love that is big enough for both of us to lounge on for a lazy Sunday afternoon or a cozy movie night. Also works well for hosting large groups as there is plenty of seating room!

Best couch I've ever had. My friends compliment it all the time.

Bought this sofa with the warranty. Still a huge waste keep calling for repairs sinks in the middle, all the cushions are sagging, and it's so uncomfortable. Everyone who comes over hates sitting on this couch. Which is it's one job. For your own sake don't do it.

The couch is very nice looking but after only a year of having it, the seams under the cushion broke and the extended warranty we paid for said that that is ineligible for the covered warranty. The back cushions are already flattening and you can tell the foam inside is breaking already as well.

I purchased this couch back in 2022 in charcoal. It was actually less than a year that we started having issues with the couch. The cushions started going flat and we started having issues with our backs everytime we got up from the couch. I will NEVER purchase another piece of hybrid furniture again. I have not been able to find a service that cleans hybrid furniture. For the long run, this couch was a very bad investment. Now, it's to the point we can't sit on it at all.

We searched for a while for a sectional that would fit our room, finally found the Ethan sectional. We ordered it in a charcoal eco-performance fabric with the hybrid comfort cushions. We really love it and it was a great buy for the quality! We read reviews about the hybrid cushions having feathers come through but we've had it several months and haven't experienced that. We have gotten a lot of compliments on the sectional and the fabric. Also I thought perhaps it would be too low for my elderly parents but its not, its a good height not super low but still modern. We like that the cushions are one long piece and haven't experienced any sagging, the cushions are soft but firm at the same time if that makes sense! We had a great experience overall, our salesperson was great, the delivery was very professional and when I called the store to ask questions after we received it they were extremely helpful (Altamonte Springs, FL store). I thought we would need to spend more to get what we wanted, so I'm happy we found this set that was exactly what we were looking for and so reasonably priced.

We've had this sofa for 1.5 years and I'm currently shopping for a new one. The boucle fabric is loosely woven and so it holds dirt easily and doesn't clean well. The cushions are saggy and the frame is NOT supportive if you use it regularly. The "pillows" are just a stuffed foam and do not hold shape. The only positive is that the boucle fabric helps to conceal any cat scratches, which is why I chose it in the first place.

The support beam on one of the sides broke in 3 months. I was sitting on it, heard a snap and sunk down. I weigh 125 pounds.
