We love our new furniture. It is used every day in our family room.

#sweepstakes. Our new furniture has exceeded our expectations. So comfortable. The fabric is soft. All the reclining functions work smoothly and easy to operate. VC was easy to work with and all work helpful and polite. I would purchase from VC again.

Used daily. One end and center section mainly used. I'm starting to like the vibrating "massage" feature. I like the neutral color and the soft, cozy fabric. That being said: The couch was not installed properly the first time around. As the 3 sections are built differently the seams in the back do not line up which causes an irregular image that sends an inferior quality signal. The end most used will squeak halfway back into the full reclined position and then squeak upon lifting it back up until it hits the halfway point on the way down. We had the option to replace the entire unit but declined as we had to replace the matching chair for the same reason. I didn't want to displace all my furniture and people a 3rd time for a problem that may reoccur with a whole new sofa. It is comfy but pillows are needed at your back as the seats are deep. We do appreciate the company working with us and attempting to correct any/all issues. Thank-you.

Living room is beautiful with this sofa. It hold my drinks. Love how it works. Love everything about it

Bought this sofa and frame was bent when delivered, noticed about a week in and called store, they sent a tech and they decided to replace. New sofa ended up doing the same exact thing. Right ride (left if facing) keeps leaning outwards and arm is slopped down. Looks awful. Paid way to much money for this to happen.

Comfortable

Our new sofa arrived damaged and wobbly. One cushion slops toward the armrest. The massage feature is noisy, but it has a lot of neat features otherwise. Too bad it's poorly made.
