It's so comfortable. And seems to go with everything.

I read the reviews first before purchasing the sofa. Reviews said the down will deflate and lose shape. I addressed this to the sales rep. She showed me how the cushions have a liner and the issue has been corrected. Maybe that is the case for the sitting cushions, but not the back and lumbar cushions. I am constantly cleaning up poked out feathers. I am scared my sofa will end up like some of the pics of deflated pillows. You need to constantly chop, shake, and adjust sofa cushions to keep shape. Sofa is comfortable but unknown how time will take to it.

Sales and Management were great to work with. I'm very happy with my sectional. It's comfy and big. As you can see my sweet Bella has taken over. I did get the hybrid foam instead. It's going to take some time to get these lived in. It's a gorgeous sectional and I've many compliments.

We have had this couch for less than a year. It was beautiful when we first got it. Part of the reason we selected this couch was that the cushions all unzipped to be washed as we are a family of 6. Within a few months the fabric was pilling badly. Some of the zippers came off and now the fabric is completely unweaving at the seams. Very my disappointed as we will still paid a pretty penny for this sectional. Unless you do not plan to sit often and relax on this couch I would not recommend for a family.

Happy wife, happy wife. The wife LOVES this couch, especially lounging in the corner of the sectional. The seat cushions are definitely deep, but it's nice will all the pillows. Very comfortable and very happy with the quality.
