We love it!
We use this couch everyday. We had previously bought a sectional through Value City about two years ago which did not hold up very well. We were afraid to buy another one from Value City but really liked this sofa. Every day we're happier that we got it. We haven't had it too long so I can't say muc...h about it's longevity or durability, but it is pretty heavy (hard for just us two to move) and sturdy. I do wish that the back cushions were able to be attached to the back. I think sometimes if you don't straighten the cushions for a bit it can start to look a little sloppy, but once you straighten them again you're fine. The pillows they include are nice but I think they do look a bit weird and we just use them to cushion the side arms. My favorite thing about this sofa is how deep the cushions are and how comfortable it is. We were indecisive about whether to spend the extra money to get the cumulus cushions, and I am glad that we went with comfort. It is so deep that you really do need some firmness to the cushions to be able to get up from them, and the comfort cushions themselves are already so comfortable there's no point in spending the extra money for the cumulus. I would definitely recommend this couch!

I bought this sectional in December 2018. It was very comfortable in-store (Cumulus), but I opted for the Comfort one instead because I didn't want to constantly sink into the couch. After about 6 months of having it the cushions that are sat on the most started sinking into the couch. While still v...ery comfortable, it is also very annoying when trying to get up (the whole reason I didn't want Cumulus). The pillows for back support (and so you don't get lost in the deep seating) are flattening and started flattening in the first few months. I've had no issues with anything breaking like the other reviews stated (that I've noticed) and I still really love my sectional although it did come a little defective as far as assembly. The delivery guys even had a hard time putting a couple of pieces together. Over all a great looking/feeling piece. Mine didn't come with feathers because I got the Comfort, not the Cumulus. I wouldn't purchase this again just because of the sinking of the cushions. It's living room furniture which is where my kids and I spend a lot of our time while at home. I expected my furniture to last more than 6 months before deterioration started. **Please note that I have not called Value City for any repairs or replacements, but I am considering I've only had this furniture 1.5 years and it feels like I've had it at least 5 years with 5 small children jumping on it which is not the case. I have a 16 year old and a 7 year old and neither of them jump on furniture.**

Fabric is becoming unstitched at seams

We have had this couch for less than a year. It was beautiful when we first got it. Part of the reason we selected this couch was that the cushions all unzipped to be washed as we are a family of 6. Within a few months the fabric was pilling badly. Some of the zippers came off and now the fabric is completely unweaving at the seams. Very my disappointed as we will still paid a pretty penny for this sectional. Unless you do not plan to sit often and relax on this couch I would not recommend for a family.

Bought this couch less than 2 years ago. Mind you, I travel for work weekly and it is just me using the couch, so usage is minimal. The couch structure gave out within a year. Completely cracked and had to have someone repair as of course Value City wanted to charge me for a repair… In addition to the poor structure, the fabric pulls nonstop and needs a fabric shaver frequently. I am so disappointed as I wanted to love this couch. It wasn't cheap and in under two years already need a new couch. Stay away!

Went to the showroom and saw this couch. It looked beautiful in person. Upon delivery, it was great and then two months into usage it started to lint immediately. I've never had a couch before that I would have to shave the lint off of every week. The cushions are constantly pushing feathers out and feel very scratchy. We paid extra money for those specific cushions and it's been an absolute waste. The couch takes way too much of my time to maintain with the lint all over. Beautiful at first, but looks very cheap with that defect.

This sectional was beautiful at first but started shedding feathers after about a week of use. The sales person promised that it was a good buy only for us to find out otherwise. In fact, we are very embarrassed when our guest get up and find feathers all over their clothing. Sometimes people get poked by feathers which makes it uncomfortable if you have thin clothing on. We paid for extra coverage for all the furnitures we bought from value city but when we called for help, customer service lady was extremely rude. She stated the only thing they can do is order some extra linings for the cushions. I dont think this will help because the feathers poke through everything. I am very disappointed and heart broken.

I've had my sectional for 5 months and already the seat cushions are loosing their structure and the material that I paid extra for is sheading. So very disappointed and glad i didn't get the bigger one.

Its going on 5 years since i bought this couch and i don't regret it. I fits perfect in my space and we use it everyday. I can not say enough how much i love this couch. Its stylish but also so comfy, it screams "come relax"! it easily fits 10 teens for movie/game nights, its easy to wipe clean. only con, the feathers shed.

I have two, 100lb German Shepherds and a cat. I've had 2 Winston sectionals and they have withstood the torture that my pets put them through. I sold the first because it was just too big for the room. The Winston collection is comfortable and good quality. The fabric is durable and stain resistant. Unlike other sofa's I've had, there is no sagging or uncomfortable spots at all.
