Such a disappointment! I still want to love it so much. I love the look, the vibe, the low profile… but it is the most impractical couch in the world. The cushions never stay in place. You have to fluff it constantly. Never can you "plop down"… it always takes work. I don't mind the messy look, I mind that it sucks to sit on! I'm so sad that I spent this much of our hard earned money on this couch. We've tried to many tricks to remedy it, and salvage it—-but I think it's going to be junked :(

I love this couch!! It is SO comfortable and SO roomy!! Whole family fits on it and I fall asleep on it often!

We've had this couch for almost two years and we thoroughly enjoy it. We get compliments often too. We always fall asleep on it, so I think that's a good sign.

When we first bought it we loved the plush concept. But shortly after a month I started to extremely dislike it we rarely use it Once you sit it looks sloppy. I would consider others.

First of all, i found the perfect cloud couch dupe! It is the couch or my dreams. I have a studio and the Plush 2-peace sectional fits perfectly in my space! The couch is the perfect color cream (ivory), not too white and not too beige. I had my heart set on a white couch, but for functionality and for aesthetics I'm actually happy with the ivory. It warms up the space. The couch is huge! It's most certainly plush, very much so RH, but frugal! It's the most coziest with the feather filled cushions. I literally just got it today, so far no problems. It was a pleasure to work with Greg! He was professional and kind—I enjoyed our small talk! He helped me make all the right decisions. Delivery was quick! I'm a satisfied customer! 10/10 highly recommend! I also bought a cute floor length mirror, that should also be delivered soon!

I got them in the gray special order. Constant poke from the feathers. After about 5 or 6 months someone came out. No that is normal. Getting poked, pulling the feathers through the covers and having to clean up around feathers around your couch is not normal. Plus it started to sag. He said that is within manufactures allowed tolerances. Could not return them anyways as they were custom fabric. They are trash. Horrible. Who wants to work 11 hrs days and come home and fluff the pillow on the couch before sitting down. Then periodically have to get out the vacuum and vacuum they feathers out of both sides of the cushions. Stupid. These are NOT recommended for anything.

The seat covers tear and zippers break if you try to remove them to wash. Hard and uncomfortable pillows. Do not recommend, waste of money.

I hate this couch. It is not comfortable at all. As others have stated it needs to be fluffed constantly. It is so messy looking. But the worst thing, to me, is the fabric. I got the eco fabric, or whatever it is called, and it is supposed to be pet friendly. It is not. In fact, dog hair sticks so badly to this fabric that even vacuuming doesn't get it fully clean. And the cushions are so floppy and heavy that it's hard to get enough tension to vacuum well. I wish I had just kept my old thrift store couch. Don't buy this. You'll regret it.

Extremely comfortable. Like others state you have to refluff the cushions and they are a bit heavy. For a woman this might be a serious consideration as it seems to bother some reviewers but it was fine for me with my upper body strength. You sort of plop down and then slowly recess into the cushions. The frames are very durable and the fabric is tough. One flew off the back of my truck going down the highway because the air grabbed it and when I recovered it there was no damage. The pieces are heavy and made of hardwood and plywood, not particle board. The cushions are made of same textile durability and the inner pillows can be unzipped and if you need more stuffing you could buy a bag of feathers on Amazon to give more fluff. This couch is a long term keeper on quality and durability but comfort is going to be based on individual taste. This is by far the best quality and sturdy product available at value city. Some of the other stuff is questionable but this one is the real deal and it's made in the USA.

It's one of the best purchases we made for our home. It's super convenient that you can easily move it around and make the couch have different shapes with the ottoman placed in different spaces. SUPER comfortable, and oversized, which is exactly what we wanted for our space. #sweepstakes
