I've had this couch for almost a year. It's really only comfortable under one condition: you've JUST fluffed it. It's difficult to maintain. The cushions are HEAVY and you need to really beat them to get the feathers evenly spread. With that said, even with regular fluffing I've noticed that the feathers tend to settle in AROUND where you sit, rather than UNDER, which makes for an uncomfortable seat because there really isn't much cushion underneath or behind you. Even after one sitting, it looks and feels like a deflated balloon. Overall a disappointment and waste of money.

I love this couch it's much bigger than I though it would be in the store. Nonetheless, it's my style and lifts me.

This product may look nice at first, but very quickly starts to sink in unless you're using this in a room where no one sits. The cushion stuffing starts to move to the sides and the fabric starts to scrunch, and looks honestly terrible. The sales staff will tell you otherwise and that it's a daily user.... absolutely not! Very poorly made. Pillow covers are removable and washable. Otherwise very hard to clean and quickly becomes uncomfortable due to the cushion stuffing moving and no way to get it back into place.
