Searched for close to 2years to find something I like more than this and I couldn't. Sectional was delivered in February and in May I made my first call regarding my deflated cushions (end and middle cushions). Tech was sent to my home to evaluate my complaint and said he would recommend replacement and order. It actually took 4 follow up calls to check the status before the replacement cushions were even ordered on July 26th. Today I actually went into the store to check the status and there is still no info as to whether the order has been received by the manufacturer or if it's processing- nothing. I was reminded yesterday of my bad purchase when I visited my sister and sat on her sofa and was able to compare the still firmness of her cushions vs mine. She has had her furniture for close to 3 months, it's her main seating and she is pretty much the host of all family gatherings. Whereas I have mine for close to 6 months, I'm the only person who sits on it and I can feel the frame when I sit down. Oh - she went to Raymour & Flanagan.

I went to the ASH store and this sectional caught my eye. The sterling color is almost black with silver hobnail. It's true it looks different in person than online. I would recommend going to store to see this sectional in person.

Definitely go to the store and look at the color swatches as the colors are no where close to the colors shown online. The couch is beautiful but I really am kicking myself for not getting the cumulus cushions!!! The comfort cushions and already sagging and very uncomfortable only after 5 months!!!! For such a beautiful couch, the comfort cushions shouldn't even be an option! Very disappointing.

Very in happy with the color of the couch. Not sure if the employee ordered us a different color but at first I thought it was the lighting in our previous home. Made it look blue when we ordered the far charcoal one and now it still looks blue ish in our new home.

This major color discrepancy was so disappointing, especially because this is a custom color and takes 2 months to come in! The actual color is a VERY light grey, not the dark grey pictured. Very classy looking and comfortable tho.

I think it's the most attractive couch I've ever seen!
