Cannot get parts or service
We purchased this and a five year warranty three years ago. One of the reclining ends quit working. It took two months to get a "repair tech " to come out and determine what was wrong. After five minutes passed, he said it was a part he didn't have and would have to order it. Three weeks passed and ...

I bought the monte carlo cream color manual recliner and love it. Easy to assemble . I picked it up at the store to save on the delivery charges, the recliner fit in my SUV with no problems..

I love how the headrest on the couch & chair tilts forward & back. It makes me sit up straight. I have never sat up straight in a recliner and chose most of the time to use the recliner foot lift. Finally at 81 years old I like to sit up straight without using the foot lift. I feel it is healthier for me.

It's super heavy. We were told it's not heavy and it comes apart. It is very heavy and does not come apart. Its all one piece

A great product for my back and it is electrical; it is a wonderful for the seniors in the family. Without question and under no uncertain terms, it is superior quality seating leaving the room with a degree of elegance. Highly recommend for disabled veterans with limited mobility.
