We bought this sofa, chair and a half, and ottoman almost 3 years ago. Within the first year the fabric started pilling and the cushions began sagging / losing shape completely. We paid extra for the feather / hybrid cusions-- DO NOT do this. They do not hold shape at all and the feathers are constantly falling out, even years later. One thing I will say - GET THE WARRANTY. We had a structural break in ours and thankfully had a warrenty so someone was able to come out and fix it. The entire frame underneath was not sturdy. Overall I absolutely would not recommend this with the feather / hybrid cushions. The foam cushions may be very different.

The back couch cushions are already slouching and we've only had it since October. The fabric is also already pilling.

Bought this in 2019. It's still holds. I see the comment above, what I got is the feather inside for cushion it never says every guest asks about it. Very comfortable. Still as new

I love this sectional! I've had it for over 5 years, and I sink into the back cushions as they are down feather and, yes you do have to fluff them after use, but I've had several guest stay over and they choose to sleep on this sectional vs a bed. I'm 5'2" and I really don't need an ottoman ad it sits super deep. I couldn't be happier with the quality or the price I've paid for thos sectional.

Product is really amazing at first, but the cushions and even the wooden frame began to sag after just a year. It's unbearable to sit in now, you literally sink into it. Wish we never bought it.

Very large. Very nice. When we picked it up I was a little disappointed because the material was not what I was expecting however, this is certainly in our top two purchases in our 32 year marriage. It is very nice, super comfortable and great color. Liking through reviews before purchase I really didn't have any close up pics to review so I'm going to upload a few for the next. We originally decided Snow White but ended up going with gray because we have small grandkids. We purchased the hybird cushion. A little extra in price but hoping for a few good years of comfort. My only concern is the back cushions I'm afraid they may end up deformed. Fingers crossed it doesn't disappoint.
