Beautiful but Flawed

I had been looking for a new sofa for over a year and was elated when I found this piece. The perfect color, style and oh so comfy! It even has USB ports in the ends! I purchased this sofa and after a month or more of backorder it was finally available for pickup. If you opt out of delivery, have so...meone strong to help you load and unload as this thing came in one MASSIVE, HEAVY box. Setup was easy enough for myself and my father, but we immediately noticed the back of one of the ends did not line up with the rest of the back of the sofa at all, with a close to three inch difference. I eventually got used to it, but it's still bothersome. I bought a new house and when we moved it into my new living room, got it all plugged up and tried to make sure it was working, one of the headrests moved forward and is now stuck that way as it seems the entire motor has just gone to junk. I had my certified electrician friend come look at it and he confirmed the wires were correctly plugged up and that my outlet does indeed have power. For as long as I had looked for a sofa, I really loved (and still do love) the style of this, but I had hoped that for as much as I'm paying for it, it would have been a little more durable.
