I love my chair that I got three or four months ago And I love the chair I got yesterday and I'm sure I will love my couch if I ever get it. They must be well-made because the way the delivery man rolled my chair around I'm surprised it worked. He was by himself But was still pretty rough with the furniture

The recliner is awesome! However the service from VCF has been the worse experience I have ever had buying new furniture. My first set was damaged and now another piece arrived damaged. I have been waiting for complete undamaged set since Nov 2020. No one seems to care except Sandy my sales person! Will never buy again from VCF.
