Glad I bought this!

We've had this about a month, I like it very much. The delivery drivers were very quick and professional.. There are a few items that I should've considered and which I would of thought of. 1) the controls are in the inside of the chair and sometimes that is a little inconvenient, I'd rather the...y be on the outside, especially the usb cord. 2) not having any "user manual" for lack of a better word is disconcerting to me, but I like to read all the manuals I get with things, so that could just be my quirk; but I would like to have information from the manufacture abut their product. 3) I purchased online, so I would not be able to notice this, and I guess it would have been an advantage if I purchased in store, but I would like the legs to go up higher than they do. I would like a chair that would elevate my feet more, It helps my ankles. I would like to point out that I am a VERY large person and there is plenty of room on this chair. I do love that!! I'm hoping it holds up for the long haul, it seems like it should, it does not seem to be poorly built, so it should be fine.
