Great couch. Would recommend.
Very comfortable. I like the dual power reclining and head rest. Assembly is easy and not worth paying them for. The arm rest assembly is the only thing that is dumb. The parts required for that don't always line up in the predrilled holes and it's an oversight from manufacturing.

would not buy again
It started out nice but materials degraded rapidly after just one year of use. The leather starts to sag when the cushions get compacted over time. The seats arent comfortable any more for longer periods. Also the middle seat cushion developed a tear in the leather in just one year of ownership. Disappointed.
This couch is so comfortable and solid.
The motorized version you can really find that perfect spot. This thing is so comfy I love it. 3 kids and I'm pretty sure this thing will handle them. Feels pretty sturdy and no cheap parts. The soft close hinges on the arm rest compartment really was the icing on the cake lol

After five minutes passed, he said it was a part he didn't have and would have to order it. Three weeks passed and we received an email stating that the part would be sent directly to us. The email also stated that it "could" take up to twelve (12) weeks for us to receive the part and THEN WE had to contact them to SCHEDULE yet another repair tech to come out and install the part. SERIOUSLY!! We love our couch and are happy with it besides this issue. Likely will Not buy from VCF again. We spent over $4550 the same day and this service, or lack there of, is unacceptable.
