I've only had this sectional for 7 months. The fabric is already fraying and wearing out. Feathers are constantly coming out. I haven't even finished paying for it and it looks years old. Completely unacceptable and not worth the money.

This couch is so nice and comfy and the motorized recliners and headrests are something I never knew I needed.

Everything is exactly as expected.

Only had couch for 3 months and the material is pilling, one recliner doesn't close all the way, one cushion is flattening, back attached pillows are flattening. Terrible wear for the money.

I am a boy mom and as my kids get bigger we needed a bigger couch. This one is perfect. Very comfortable and plush and big enough to fit us all. Great purchase!

We bought our sectional march 2023. So far the frame has broken twice on 2 separate recliners. One of the recliners the buttons stopped working so it doesn't recline anymore. We've had the frame repaired once so far working on the claim for the second. We paid over 5 grand when bought ours in 2023 I'm so extremely dissatisfied the couch is beautiful but something for 5 grand should last us more than a year. We don't abuse our furniture we have zero stains all we do is watch tv and relax on it.

Feathers coming out all the time, cushioning breaks down within a month. One year in headrest on Recliner stopped working.
