Big softy Love it

Beautiful well made furniture. Entertainment console, end tables both perfectly complement the big softy sectional and our club chair to make a comfortable, beautiful living space.

We have been on the hunt for a long time. We have also purchased and sold our share of couches that didn't end up meeting our expectations. It's not always easy purchasing something you can't feel and sit in before buying. Now this was an investment, but as we are both tall people this sectional is fantastic. The whole family can fit on it and stretch out!!! Wish we found it sooner. Absolute 5 stars. Quality is top tier, & delivery was above and beyond.

This sectional, plus a console, replaced a sectional that we had for 14 year(which still had a lot of life left). Our old sectional had a foot stool and we needed to have more room, therefore we felt recliners were our best option, but I still wanted my lounger. The Softie Sectional is amazingly soft and comfortable. The only issue is my 3 cats feel that we purchased it just for them.

The most comfortable couch we have ever own. Very soft and sits very well.

My wife and I purchased this couch on 3/11. Our sales person Rob was awesome. We were quoted 3 weeks when we purchased the couch but we called about a week after for an update and ended up receiving the couch on 3/21. Set up wasn't too bad, the only complaint is that it's not a wall hugger so it needs to sit about 2 feet from the wall at the base of the couch for the recliners to be able to recline all the way. Not a big deal. The reclining chaise is amazing, so comfortable. Very smooth and quiet reclining and it is probably the most comfortable couch I've ever owned. The pillow top is so plush and the fabric is similar to a blanket. The dogs love it too. Time will tell how it holds up but all in all, we love the purchase.

the chaise portion needs to be firmer in the back/bottom connection area. you could get lost in the crack
