Sofa Review: I've had this sofa for 14 months, and it's been a complete letdown. After just six months, the pillows lost their fluff and started looking flat and worn. The so-called "performance fabric" is terrible—it's not durable at all. I've already had to get it reupholstered because the fabric started showing wear and tear almost immediately, which is unacceptable for a "performance" material. On top of that, the seats are sagging and sinking noticeably, making it uncomfortable to sit on. What's most frustrating is that this sofa barely gets used during the week, so it should be holding up much better. For the price, I expected far better quality. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I would NOT consider this performance fabric. It collects every every spec of dirt and fuzz that you cannot clean off. Couch is very comfortable, but looks like garbage because it will not clean even though it's "performance" fabric. Purchased from the Portage, MI store and they could care less to help address the issues. Would NEVER buy from that specific store again.

We've had this sectional for 6 months now and it's been holding up great, fits a lot of people and it is comfortable! The fabric is grey with some black and white weaving and it being modular was a key factor in why we chose it, it was perfect to bring through the narrow stairwell of the townhouse. As a interior decorator the lines of the sectional also drew me in, we're currently shopping for a coffee table from AS.

Poor quality. My second couch from "design your own look". The first couch, the Haven was returned for sinking cushions. This one is being returned because one of the cushions split open and the fabric was discontinued. As I removed blankets while waiting for the delivery of my 3rd couch. I discovered how poorly the quality really is. Smashed cushions where we sit most, 2 more cushions are splitting, junk. It is surprising American signature continues to sell from this manufacturer
