Well, I actually kind of hate this couch because once I'm sitting on it, getting me to get up and be productive is next to impossible! It is so comfortable and we get so many compliments on it. When my mom has been our house guest, she actually chooses to sleep on the couch over our guest bed. My br...other in law loved it so much he went and bought the same one for his house. Don't think twice, I'm sure you'll love it too.

Disappointed in the quality of the fabric
We use it in our main living room and use it on daily basis. Purchased about a year ago. The sectional is very comfortable but there is a lot of pilling on the fabric which makes the seat look older than it is this is very disappointing because it means in the next year or so it will look so bad we... have to think of buying another and this didn't come cheap. The feathers have started shedding constantly from the cushions, back pillows, and the two pillows that come with it we have to keep vacuuming the feathers on the floor. I have another sofa with down feathers for over 2 years it has never shed. I don't know if the problem is the choice of fabric or an overall flaw.

I love the high armrests. The seating is firm, yet soft. The perfect combination. It sits higher off the floor than most sofas out there, which I love.

I went with the hybrid in Laurent and I'm so happy with my purchase. Couch is extremely comfortable and I love that the cushions snap in so no loose sliding cushions. Fabric is on the stiff side but hopefully that means with wear it will hold up better.

It's terrible. We have had it serviced a few times since purchasing earlier this year. Don't waste your money. Cushions poorly made and we paid for upgraded material. Our bad life choice. Don't make the same one. Wish I could rate it negative stars

This couch was so comfortable in the store and I fell in love with it. My husband and I bought this about 3 years ago and from the moment we got it, it was terrible. Not comfortable-which I thought would get better after being sat on for a while but that is not the case. It's even more uncomfortable now, as the cushions on the back don't hold up, even after constant fluffing. They sink down and make it weird to sit against and you end up leaning against the hard part on the back of the couch. And what bothers me the most is the fabric has discolored! I spent a lot of money and even paid more for the specialty cushion and wasted it all on this couch. Currently in the process of looking for a new one. Very, very disappointed.

Honest opinion I was so nervous my sectional wouldn't fit in my new space. Yes, I measured ten millions times but I wasn't sure. It was so easy to unconnect and move it from one home to storage, from storage to my new home. Talking about a happy girl! Cleaning it was a piece of cake! It was wrapped in plastic but if the girls are like me you cleaned it. Cushions still like I bought it and I'm ready to host my family and friends for my housewarming and 40th birthday! This girl is very HAPPY! 🎉

The couch is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. We got the hybrid cushions…. I almost went with foam to save $$$ and so glad did not. First of all the comfort would not have been same. Also the aesthetics would have been different. The couch itself is a coma inducer in my opinion. Love love love Hope holds up, that's tbt Overall 5/5
