Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service

Received dresser with flaws in the finish. Emailed pics and exchange was set up after i refused the manager Jasons offer of $75 off to just keep it "as is." Next dresser has drawers that don't line up...worse than the first one. Sent pics to manager who said they'd send someone out to fix it. I ask...ed what were our options if they couldn't fix it to our satisfaction...could we have a refund due to poor quality. The manager of the store said they only refund if we pay an additional $159 delivery fee to remove it (which we already paid) AND pay a 15% "re-stocking" fee!! I asked "Are you planning on reselling the damaged dresser we just returned???" And the manager said "possibly yes."
