I love the style and look of this product. The space it gives to my daughter's room is wonderful. However, the bed is not as sturdy as I would expect it to be. The only delivery option was UPS, therefore, I had to solicit my neighbor's help to bring it in the house. I also I had to pay someone to assemble. The guy came and to our surprise instructions were not included. Which meant time wasted for him. I had to email the furniture store who had to email the manufacturer for the instructions.
