Fabric rips through the seams within less than a year, manufacture does not want to take responsibility for poor quality, nor does the extended warranty I paid for. You will be stuck with poor quality furniture and payments if you financed.

The seams on both the back cushions and seat cushions are coming apart. It wasn't even a year old and I tried filing a claim on the extended warranty plan I bought through VCF. They said they wouldn't cover that particular issue because it was normal use and wear. I had an independent business restitch every cushion cover (six were falling apart). She said the stitches wear simply too far apart causing them to come apart. Because of her I can now gently wash the covers to keep them looking fresh. I would like to add that the seat covers don't come off easily to repair the seams. Though I only have one seat cushion that has started to come apart it is completely frustrating to pay thousands of dollars for a sofa that I just have to turnaround and find some one to restitch and come up with a solution to get the covers back on. It is a very tight fit.

The stitching came apart at the seams on the throw pillows and some cushions. I bought insurance and it was not covered because they called it wear and tear. I only had the couch for a year and half! They do not stand by their furniture.
