So far, so good. Hoping a recliner lever doesn't break like on tbe loveseat. Commination with customer service and the service department has been great. Also, the delivery guys rocked!

The material and construction of the couch seem to be good quality. I would have liked the seating area to be a bit wider. A bit uncomfortable for nap time and forget snuggling with anyone except maybe your cat or small dog.

This sofa is nearly perfect. The length is ideal, the cushions have a lot of padding and are so plush, and it's so soft. The reclining seats on each end are manual with the model I chose, but I appreciate how smoothly they work. I also don't have to worry about motors dying or things getting unplugged while it's in recline. I'd highly recommend this sofa! #sweepstakes
