We got this couch at the suggestion of the employee working at the local store. It was a replacement for the couch we bought the year before and absolutely loved. The warranty ended replacing out first couch because they couldn't get the pen mark out. Unfortunately, they no longer carried 100% leather couches and this one is leather touch. In the places where it isn't leather, the material is torn and split. The couch is only 1 and a half years old. We bought the warranty for this couch as well and I cannot recommend buying this couch without buying the warranty. We definitely would never buy this couch again. We wanted a leather couch and we are only getting a half leather couch now. Value City Furniture used to have 100% leather furniture and I am upset because that is no longer the case. I wish I never replaced the first couch. This couch is awful. Do not buy this couch if you want something to last longer than 2 years.

Comments about One80 Nolan Dual Reclining Sofa:

Wow, what can I say. This is one of the worst purchases we've ever made.

We've had these for two years. After six months, the leather started peeling off and cracking off where we sat. We tried leather repair kits, shoe polish, everything. Nothing worked and it looks ten years old.

Then I did find using craft store acrylic brown and black paint does hide the scratches. It stays on for maybe two weeks, then the peeling starts over. So I'm literally painting this sofa every two weeks to look somewhat acceptable before company comes over. It's ridiculous.

Then, the one arm fell off the other day when the one recliner broke! Ughhhhh!

So not only is the "leather" horrible, the quality and craftsmanship is lacking.

      Bottom line, stay away.

Don't purchase any of the furniture from this line. Actually, I wouldn't recommend buying anything at VSF ever. Thankfully, we purchased the warranty and have already had one couch and chair replaced because they showed defects within three months of purchase. Less than a year later, the couch and chair need repaired / replaced again. It's very pretty and comfy, but doesn't hold up at all.

Extremely dissapointed!!!! Absolutely LOVED them at first...still love how very comfy they are. But where the real leather meets the fake leather, kind of in the cracks but still where you can see it...it is tearing alllll over the place 2 and 3 inch tears!! Started cracking after the first year. We have had the whole Nolan leather set for not even 4 years, and it looks closer to 10 yrs old, and the one side of the couch has something broken in the frame. Thought I would have this for years...wow was I wrong...what makes that fabric such garbage is beyond me...but wow is it garbage!! Just extremely dissapointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We just had this couch delivered yesterday,9/14/2015 and it is awfull! It was covered in dust and multiple scratches, holes, stitching pulling apart and a washer and bolt fell off of it!!! I have already scheduled for value city to come back and pick this set up. They offered to bring me a new set but this set is such poor quality that there is no way it would last 6 months!!!!

This is a really nice loooking sofa that I purchased in October 2012 and it looks like I bought it in 2002 according to the Arm Rest and the Head Rest areas. I declined the warranty because I knew they would find some reason not to fix it and according to previous post that I just read on here, they do. The quality is very POOR on this set. I bought sofa and love seat. Will have to replace soon. Very Disappointed!

          Dissapointed

          By Floridian

          from Miami, FL

Comments about One80 Nolan Dual Reclining Sofa:

Bought it on April 2012 and within a year the inside of the loveseat ripped about 3 inches. Apparently the warranty didnt cover and the gentle manager offered me a piece of leather for me to fix it at my risk. I never picked up the material at American Signature. And switched sofas to start using more the big one instead. Recently the big sofa is loosing its color on the most used side and the pillowtop looks very used. I hoped these would last more years, but would consider replacement in the near future.

I bought the set and absolutely love it. The most comfortable sofa and loveseat, I have ever bought, it seems very sturdy. I don't understand the review where it is torn up after such a short time. You would have to be pretty rough on it for it to tear or rip that easily!!

"Leather" worn out, tearing at seams

Comments about One80 Nolan Dual Reclining Sofa:

Bought this and the coordinating love seat. Beautiful and oh so very comfy, but the "leather" wore our and lost its stain at seams on seat. Because this isn't real leather you can't cover up in any way. Seams also coming apart. This started happening after about a year. At this point it's so noticeable I need to replace but I won't buy sofas again from Value City.
