This is my 3rd couch and I still have quality issues!! This couch was not expensive based on the size but I have now received my 3rd replacement couch and still have quality issues. This is just a poorly made couch.
When I received the 1st couch I was so happy because I waited over a month for it to be delivered because it was on back-order. When it finally arrived I did not notice the imperfections before the delivery people left. The first couch was not sewn properly at the base where arm meets the front bottom frame. So in the front arm corner white filling was visible and coming out, the legs were slightly scuffed up, and on the other arm side of the couch the frame was almost poking out of fabric. It would definitely poke through soon. I called customer service that day and they were very nice and happy to help me. They ordered a replacement couch and I was told that it would be delivered the following week which I thought was odd because it was still back-ordered online.
When the replacement couch came, I only received one piece of the couch when I was told I would receive both pieces. And this couch was clearly a different color (looked faded), with lighter stitching, and was also a different height then my 1st couch so the sectional did not lineup properly. I called customer service again and once again they ordered me another replacement but this time it would take a few weeks because the couch was on back-order. No big deal I would wait to get a brand new one.
On Tuesday my couch finally came (almost 2 months after my original delivery) and guess what? The white filling is sticking out where the arm meets the base! At this point I have just given up. Not because of customer service, just because I do not think a new replacement couch will be any better. I think the manufacturer of this couch does not have quality standards.
Lessons Learned - You get what you pay for, I will never buy another piece of furniture without seeing it first and I will never buy anything from manufacturer again!
