Comments about One80 Mammoth Power Recliner:

Within 2 months of buying the chair the stuffing on the leg rest fell apart, poor fabric construction quality. Then a month later the power quit working, I pressed the button to lower feet it worked fine, came back about 30 minutes later and power wouldn't work at all. Call for service they said 8 weeks to have someone come out. Local store said I could bring it back for exchange so I did. I've had that chair less than 6 months and 2 days ago the power quit working again. It must be a manufacture issue but they aren't helpful. Wouldn't buy it again

Comments about One80 Mammoth Power Recliner:

This recliner looks great and felt very firm when I bought it 7 months ago. It is still under warranty thank goodness as the stuffing under the foot rest (around the ankle area) is all falling out. In fact, American Signature (VCF comp in Florida) is coming out today to look at the problem. Where the stuffing is falling out (cheap fabric holding the stuffing in), is down to a thin layer of fabric covering metal and it is incredibly uncomfortable on the legs. Keep your fingers crossed that they will rectify/replace this recliner for me.

Comments about One80 Mammoth Power Recliner:

First I want to say that Value City. Furniture was very patient with me. I returned two other power recliners that just did not work for me, and VCF had no problem with taking them back. I chose this as my 3rd power recliner. When I tried it at the store it felt so comfortable and I thought perfect. Since I have arthritis it was very hard to find it comfortable after sitting in it for awhile. The problem is that it is just very bumpy. And after a little while I feel like I am sitting on big rocks. I definitely would not suggest this for someone with arthritis or back problems. I would not have the guts to send this back after already returning two other chairs. VCF has been great with me and my problem. I will just have to put up with this.
